The Watts HBCU Legacy Scholarship has been established by mother and daughter, Ms. Jacqueline and Alumna Stephanye Watts (’07) to support students in their quest to be a part of the rich historically Black college story.
The scholarship will award incoming Clark Atlanta University School of Business students with a $1,000 scholarship every Fall through 2029.
Applications for the upcoming Fall 2019 scholarship will be available July 2019.
About the Scholarship
Deadline: Friday, August 23, 2019, 11:59 p.m. ET
- Classification- Incoming Freshman
- Must be attending the Clark Atlanta University School of Business
- High School GPA- 2.5 or above
- Demonstrated financial need (FAFSA)

- Submit a 250-500 word essay that answers the following question:
How did the legacy of HBCUs influence your decision and in what ways will you give back to CAU upon graduation?
